For July, Safe Kids will focus on firework safety, ATV safety, and other outdoor safety issues.

July 20: Car seat class presented by Safe Kids Gainesville/Hall County

Every third Friday of the month, Safe Kids Gainesville/Hall County sponsors a child safety seat class and distribution at the Hall County Health Department (1290 Athens Street, Gainesville) from 8:30 - 11 a.m.  Class participants must be Medicaid or Peachcare eligible and must be the parents or legal guardian of the child.  The class is $10 and payment must be made in CASH.  One seat per child.  Registration is required by calling the Hall County Health Department at (770) 532-5387.

July 31: Camp Lifesavers presented by Safe Kids Gainesville/Hall County

Located at Laurel Park on Lake Lanier, camp will be held from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.. Contact Kim Martin at (770) 533-8095 for more information.
